If you request to open an account with us you will need to provide us with your name, business name and address(es), contact number and email address. This information is only used to set up your account with Max Eyewear Ltd and only relevant information will be shared with your Area Sales Agent. Once this data has been entered into our accounts programme the original account application form is filed away in a secured office.
The information we have will be kept during the business relationship and for a period of 7 years after it is clear that the relationship is no longer a trading relationship. All order information will be stored within our accounts application.

You will receive marketing communications from us on the email addresses that you have provided us. This marketing will come directly from our company (using Mailchimp as a marketing portal).
